Why was I charged before my order was complete?

Requests are NEVER charged unless the request has been completed. When you create your request for a Shout, our payment processor will check to see if the funds are available within your account by Pre-Authorizing the payment which creates a Pending charge. Whenever you make a payment, whether successful or declined, it will be stated as pending on the banks' side before the final capture is created. If your Shout request is declined, canceled, or expires, we will NOT capture the charge. In most cases, it takes about 5 business days for the pending charge to settle back into your account.

What is a Shout and how do they work?

A Shout is a way for you or others to interact with your or their favorite people. When creating a Video Shout request, you will receive a video specifically tailored to your request from the person you requested it from.

How will I receive my Shout?

Once your Shout is complete, you will be notified by email or text message (standard text messaging rates may apply). You will then be able to click the link in your notification or you are able to simply sign in to your account to view your Shouts. From there, you can both view the Shout in your browser or download it for later!

How long does a Shout usually take for me to receive?

Most of our Talent will respond to shouts within 2 days. We allow up to 5 days and if after 5 days there is no response, we will automatically cancel the Shout and you will NOT be charged.

Is there is gaurantee the Talent will create and respond to the Shout?

All Talent is screened before joining Shouts and must agree to our terms. If any talent does not abide by our terms guidelines, they will be taken off the site.

All Talent has the right to deny or avoid a Shouts Request. If your Request is denied, you will not be charged.

How can I update my Shouts request?

Once you make a request, you will be able to update your request by creating an account. If you do not have an account, you are able to create a new account with the same email used when creating the Shout and your request will be awaiting.

How do I receive my Shout?

Your email or text confirmation on completion will lead you to a page where you can view and/or download your Shout

How do I download my video Shouts?

Within your account dashboard order page or order confirmation page, there will be a button to "Download" the Shout. Just click this and save to your phone or computer!


When will I be charged?

You will be charged only if the Shout is completed by our Talent. When you create your request, you will have a pending charge in your account which is a hold on your funds until the Shout is complete. If the Shout is canceled or expires, you will not be charged and your held payment will settle back into your account.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption security techniques. The payment provider we work with is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable) and uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption to ensure all payments are secure.

Do you accept pre-paid gift cards?

We accept all prepaid gift cards from major banks.

Do you accept PayPal, AmazonPay, or cryptocurrencies?

At the moment, we do not accept either of these payment methods. We only accept Credit or Debit card purchases.


How can I have an account to take Shout requests from fans?
